The goAML reporting portal National Decree came into effect on 1 January 2021. This National Decree means that every organization that must report to the FIU must do so digitally, in the English language, via the FIU’s goAML web portal. Before being able to report, one must have registered in the goAML reporting portal. On the website of the FIU, www.fiucuracao.cw, information can be found about registering in the goAML reporting portal and reporting to the FIU. The National Decree can also be found on our website, including the official Explanation. In the official Explanation, the Government also answers questions posed by the Council of Advice (Raad van Advies) in their advice on this National Decree.
